Baseball Game Preview: Eatonville Cruisers vs. Steilacoom Sentinels

For the second straight game, Eatonville will face off against Steilacoom. The Cruisers will venture away from home to take on the Sentinels at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday.

Eatonville took a loss when they played away from home on Friday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Tuesday. They had just enough and edged out Steilacoom 7-6. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Cruisers have posted since April 13, 2024.

The team relied heavily on Aaron Tozier, who scored a run and stole two bases while going 1-for-3. That's the most stolen bases he has posted since back in March of 2024. Another player making a difference was Michael Stogsdill, who scored two runs while going 1-for-3.

Steilacoom's defeat dropped their record down to 7-3. As for Eatonville, the victory snapped their losing streak at three games and leaves them with a 3-6 record.
