Basketball Recap: Wautoma's Losing Streak Is a Thing of the Past

Wautoma came into Monday's game having lost 15 straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. They secured a 54-50 W over the Green Lake/Princeton Tigersharks on Monday. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Hornets also won the last time the pair played back in January of 2024.

Wautoma's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-14. As for Green Lake/Princeton, they have been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 2-5 record this season.

Wautoma will host Westfield Area at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Green Lake/Princeton does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
