Titusville is 9-1 against Palm Bay since March of 2019 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Wednesday. The Terriers will look to defend their home field against the Pirates at 6:00 p.m. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.

Titusville fell victim to Satellite and their airtight pitching crew on Tuesday. They lost 15-0 to the Scorpions. The Terriers have struggled against the Scorpions recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive lost meeting.

Meanwhile, Palm Bay was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They came up short against Calvary Chapel Academy, falling 20-7.

Miya Reed and Amirah Roberts stepped up to the plate in a big way. Reed went 1-for-2 with one triple, one stolen base, and one run, while Roberts got on base in all three of her plate appearances with two runs. Reed is on a roll when it comes to stolen bases, as she's now snagged at least one in each of the last four games she's played. Hannah Crespo was another key player, going 1-for-2 with three stolen bases and one run.

Palm Bay's defeat dropped their record down to 1-12. As for Titusville, their loss dropped their record down to 3-14.

Everything went Titusville's way against Palm Bay in their previous meeting last Tuesday, as Titusville made off with a 21-1 victory. Do the Terriers have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Pirates turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
