Soccer Recap: Grace Christian Takes a Loss

Grace Christian's game on Tuesday was all tied up 0-0 at the half, but sadly for them it didn't stay that way. They fell just short of the Blue Ridge Christian Bears by a score of 1-0. Grace Christian were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced Blue Ridge Christian earlier this season, when they won 2-1.

Grace Christian's loss ended a three-match streak of wins at home and dropped them to 6-5-1. As for Blue Ridge Christian, their victory was their fifth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 9-3.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. Grace Christian will take on rival Regents at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Blue Ridge Christian is set to square off against their familiar foe Appalachian Christian School at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
