Baseball Preview: Vanden Vikings vs. Wood Wildcats
For the second straight game, Vanden will face off against Wood. The Vikings will head out on the road to face off against the Wildcats at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.
On Tuesday, Vanden needed a bit of extra time to put away Wood. They had just enough and edged out the Wildcats 7-6. The Vikings haven't had any issues with the Wildcats recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive victory against them.

Mariano Gonzalez made a splash no matter where he played. On the mound, he struck out eight batters over four innings while giving up three earned runs off three hits.
