On the hitting side, St. Paul got a massive performance out of Ella Kalizewski, who went 3-for-4 with one home run and three RBI. Kalizewski is on a roll when it comes to hits, as she's now got three or more in each of the last four games she's played dating back to last season. Another player making a difference was Ryleigh Mansfield-Bush, who scored two runs while going 3-for-4.

The win got St. Paul back to even at 1-1. As for Hopewell-Loudon, their victory bumped their record up to 2-0.
