Volleyball Recap: Ben Lomond Starts Season with Loss at Home

Ben Lomond unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-court advantage in their season opener. They came up short against the Bonneville Lakers on Tuesday, falling 3-0. The defeat continues a trend for the Scots in their meetings with the Lakers: they've now lost eight in a row.

While Ben Lomond was kept off the board, it wasn't for a lack of trying: they cut into Bonneville's winning margin in every set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-8, 25-13, 25-14.

After both having extra time off, Ben Lomond and Granger will shake off the cobwebs and hit the court against one another at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Bonneville, they will venture away from home to take on Taylorsville at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
