Coppell had already won four in a row and they went ahead and made it five on Saturday. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over the San Angelo Central Bobcats.

Coppell was led to victory by Emma Pehl and Zoey Ponsen. Pehl had five digs and five aces, while Ponsen had ten assists and five digs. Pehl is crushing it when it comes to aces: she's served at least three every time she's taken the court this season.

Coppell's win bumped their record up to 5-0. As for San Angelo Central, their defeat was their first of the season and makes their record 5-1.

Coppell wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 victory against Plano West on the 16th. As for San Angelo Central, they have also already played their next game, a 2-0 loss against Walnut Grove on the 16th.
