Lansing waltzed into their matchup on Saturday with eight straight wins... but they left with nine. They walked away with a 2-0 win over the Bishop Miege Stags. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 on September 9th.

Lansing easily took the first set, but they let things get interesting in the other. The match finished with set scores of 25-11, 25-19.

Lansing found their leader in freshman Avery Dessert, who had five digs and two aces.

Lansing's victory bumped their record up to 16-4. As for Bishop Miege, they dropped their record down to 2-14 with the loss, which was their seventh straight at home.

Lansing didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-0 win against Hayden on the 27th. As for Bishop Miege, they have also already played their next contest, a 2-1 victory against Lee's Summit on the 27th.
