Washington extended their road winning streak to ten games dating back to last season thanks to a huge performance from Shay Hawk. The Hatchets breezed past the Tecumseh Braves to the tune of 80-24 on Saturday with plenty of help from Hawk, who shot 67% from the field en route to 23 points and four steals. She is on a roll when it comes to shooting accuracy, as she's posted one of at least 50% in the last three games she's played.

Tecumseh lost despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Hazel Melton, who posted five points.

Washington's record now sits at 5-2. As for Tecumseh, they are on a seven-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-6.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming contests. Washington will face off against Vincennes Lincoln at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Tecumseh, they will challenge Barr-Reeve at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
