After losing to Rehoboth Christian the last time they met, McCurdy decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Bobcats snuck past the Lynx with a 40-36 victory on Saturday. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Bobcats.

McCurdy's record is now 7-2. As for Rehoboth Christian, the loss snapped their winning streak at three games and leaves them with a 4-2 record.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. McCurdy will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Jemez Valley at 6:00 p.m. on the 13th. As for Rehoboth Christian, they will take on Socorro at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
