Mesrobian extended their winning streak to three games thanks to a huge performance from Nicholas Khatchikian. The Mesrobian Bulldogs managed a 60-56 victory over the Hoover Tornados on Monday thanks in part to Khatchikian, who almost dropped a double-double on 28 points and nine rebounds. The match was his 17th in a row with at least ten points.

Hakop Gyulvanesian was another key player, going 6 of 8 en route to 11 points and three steals. The dominant performance gave him a new career-high in steals.

Mesrobian's win was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 12-6. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 39.8 points. As for Hoover, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost three of their last four contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 12-9 record this season.

Mesrobian wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 69-22 victory against New Covenant Academy on the 29th. As for Hoover, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, an 82-33 loss against Pasadena on the 30th.
