Franklinton hasn't had much luck against Southern Nash recently, but that could start to change on Thursday. The Red Rams will be playing in front of their home fans against the Firebirds at 6:00 p.m. Franklinton is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 3.4 goals per game this season.

Franklinton gave up the first goal on Tuesday, but they didn't let that get them down. They narrowly escaped with a victory as the team sidled past Rocky Mount 2-1. Franklinton haven't had any issues with Rocky Mount recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive win against them.

Hannah Wilson and Isabella Kelly scored both of Franklinton's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 23 goals.

Meanwhile, after soaring to seven goals the game before, Southern Nash was a bit more limited in their matchup on Tuesday. They lost 4-0 to Northern Nash. Considering the last time Southern Nash couldn't score was back in March, the team can't take the result too hard.

Southern Nash moved to 12-7 with that defeat, which also ended their three-game winning streak. As for Franklinton, their victory bumped their record up to 6-7-1.
