Auburn put another one in the bag on Wednesday to keep their perfect season alive. Their pitchers stepped up to hand the Prouty Panthers an 11-0 shutout. The Rockets might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won four games by eight runs or more this season.

The team relied heavily on Bryce Everson, who scored two runs and stole a base while going 1-for-1. He also hit a double, marking his first of the season. Another player making a difference was Cameron McLaughlin, who scored two runs and stole a base while going 2-for-2.

Auburn pushed their record up to 6-0 with the win, which was their eighth straight at home dating back to last season. The home victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 8.5 runs over those games. As for Prouty, their loss ended a three-game streak of away wins dating back to last season and brought them to 2-2.
