Football Recap: Anderson Drops Highest Score of Season Against Los Molinos

Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Anderson). They walked away with a 58-51 victory over the Los Molinos Bulldogs on Friday.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Anderson to victory, but perhaps none more so than Cooper Crye, who threw for 432 yards and five TDs while picking up 13.9 yards per attempt. With that strong performance, Crye is now averaging an impressive 331.2 passing yards per game. Michael Manley was another key player, gaining 159 total yards and two touchdowns.

Anderson's win bumped their record up to 3-1. As for Los Molinos, their defeat was their first of the season and makes their record 2-1.

Anderson will have some time to savor their victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Oroville at 7:30 p.m. on the 3rd. As for Los Molinos, they have already played their next game, a 42-7 win against Portola on the 26th.
