While Rogers's victory against Monticello wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Royals won by a set and slipped past the Magic 3-2. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Royals have posted against the Magic since September 12, 2017.

Rogers was staring down a 2-1 deficit headed into the fourth set, but they rallied to take the next two for the win. The final score came out to 23-25, 25-23, 18-25, 25-15, 15-11.
