Basketball Recap: Lake Belton Takes a Loss

Lake Belton suffered their biggest loss since February 13th on Saturday. They lost 70-48 to the Chaparral Bobcats. The Broncos have struggled against the Bobcats recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive lost matchup.

Lake Belton's defeat dropped their record down to 12-9. As for Chaparral, the victory (which was their eighth in a row) raised their record to 14-8.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Lake Belton will take on Austin Royals HomeSchool at 1:00 p.m. on January 6, 2025. As for Chaparral, they will challenge Lorena at 11:30 a.m. on Tuesday.
