Football Game Preview: Senatobia Warriors vs. Clarksdale Wildcats + How To Watch

The Senatobia Warriors will head out on the road to square off against the Clarksdale Wildcats at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The two teams are sauntering into the matchup backed by comfortable wins in their prior games.

Clarksdale will face off against a team with plenty of momentum: Senatobia extended their winning streak to six on Thursday. The Warriors blew past Byhalia, posting a 39-6 victory. With the Warriors ahead 39-6 at the half, the contest was all but over already.

Among those leading the charge was Jay Irby, who rushed for 40 yards and one score, and also threw for 91 yards and a pair of TDs. Deavion Watson also helped with two touchdowns in total.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Clarksdale). They claimed a resounding 43-14 win over Ripley. That's two games straight that the Wildcats have won by exactly 29 points.

Senatobia's record now sits at 6-0. As for Clarksdale, their record is now 5-1.

Senatobia came up short against Clarksdale in their previous meeting back in October of 2022, falling 20-7. Can the Warriors avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
