Gavin McDonald posted a new career-high in rushing touchdowns on Friday. He rushed for 84 yards and three scores. He got the majority of those rushing yards when he took off on a run that went for an incredible 67 yards.

Looking ahead, McDonald and Shelbyville will take on Leon on Thursday. The last time McDonald duked it out with the Cougars (back in November of 2024), the Dragons came out on top by a score of 62-7.
