Basketball Recap: Forest Area Takes a Loss

Forest Area lost against Inland Lakes back in December of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Forest Area Warriors were dealt a 64-3 defeat at the hands of the Inland Lakes Bulldogs. The match marked the Warriors' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Forest Area's loss was their seventh straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 2-12. As for Inland Lakes, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 11-3.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Forest Area will challenge East Jordan at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. East Jordan will roll in looking for their fifth straight win, something Forest Area surely won't give up without a fight. As for Inland Lakes, they will head out on the road to challenge Pellston at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Inland Lakes is facing Pellston at the right time seeing as Pellston is stuck on a 12-game losing streak.
