Basketball Game Preview: David Emanuel Academy Eagles vs. Bulloch Academy Gators

The David Emanuel Academy Eagles just played last yesterday, but they'll still welcome the Bulloch Academy Gators at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

David Emanuel Academy is coming home looking for redemption after taking a loss in their road opener. They took a 47-39 hit to the loss column at the hands of Glascock County on Monday. Sadly, the defeat continues a streak the team started last season, making it six in a row.

The loss doesn't tell the whole story though, as several players had good games. One of the most active was Jack Evan Fields, who posted ten points and six boards. Another player making a difference was Ethan Fields, who earned 13 points along with eight rebounds and three steals.

Meanwhile, Bulloch Academy played a tough game last Monday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They were beaten by Hilton Head Prep 81-38. The loss put an end to the Gators' undefeated start to the season.

Like David Emanuel Academy, Bulloch Academy lost despite seeing results from several players. Nick Eason led the charge by putting up nine points and seven boards. Connor Perry was another key player, scoring seven points.
