Baseball Recap: Wheeler Takes a Loss

Wheeler and West Union squared off in some playoff action on Saturday, but Wheeler had to settle for second. They came up short against West Union, falling 15-1. Wheeler's loss continues a trend for the team, making it six in a row.

Wheeler saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Brayden Edwards, who went 1-for-2 with one RBI.

Wheeler's defeat dropped their record down to 8-16. As for West Union, the win got them back to even at 13-13.

As of now, neither Wheeler nor West Union have any future games scheduled.
