It's playoff time, and Davis Sr. had no trouble coming through when it counted. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Turlock Bulldogs on Tuesday. The win was a breath of fresh air for the Blue Devils as it put an end to their 13-match losing streak.

The victory didn't come easy: Turlock scored at least 21 points in every set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-21, 25-23, 25-23.

Emma Phillips was the offensive standout of the contest as she had seven digs and three aces. That's the most aces she has posted since back in August.

Davis Sr.'s win bumped their record up to 14-18. As for Turlock, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 22-11.

Davis Sr. wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 3-0 loss against Folsom on the 30th. Turlock does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
