Greenbrier Christian Academy had to skate by with only a one-run margin when they last took the field, which might have inspired the 18-run drubbing they dealt Isle of Wight Academy on Tuesday. The Greenbrier Christian Academy Gators put the hurt on the Isle of Wight Academy Chargers with a sharp 18-0 win. Winning may never get old, but the Gators sure are getting used to it with their tenth in a row dating back to last season.

Jackson Okonkwo made a splash no matter where he played. On the mound, he struck out seven batters over three innings while giving up no earned runs or hits (and only one walk). Those zero hits allowed gave him a new career-low. He was also big at the plate, scoring three runs while going 2-for-3. The dominant performance also gave him a new career-high in doubles (two).

In other pitching news, Zach Tew and Luke Davenport dominated on the mound. Tew tossed one inning while giving up no earned runs or hits, while Davenport pitched one inning while giving up no earned runs or hits.

Back at the plate, Thomas Conrad was incredible, going a perfect 2-for-2 with one home run, three stolen bases, and six RBI. The dominant performance gave him a new career-high in RBI. Another player making a difference was Ryan Watson, who went 2-for-3 with two RBI and one double.
