Football Recap: Lovett's Loss Ends Five-Game Winning Streak at Home + How To Watch

Lovett dropped to 4-2 on Friday, ending the team's five-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season. They took a 14-7 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Holy Innocents Episcopal Golden Bears. The game marked the Lions' lowest-scoring matchup so far this season.

As for Holy Innocents Episcopal, the victory was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 5-1. Those wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 30.8 points over those games.

Leading Holy Innocents Episcopal to victory were Ryan Woods and Denim Stevens. Woods threw for 90 yards and two touchdowns, while Stevens rushed for 107 yards.
