Lowell is a perfect 10-0 against Balboa since April of 2018 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Wednesday. Meanwhile, Balboa lost 13-3 to Lincoln on Thursday. That's two games in a row now that the Buccaneers have lost by exactly ten runs.
