Volleyball Recap: King Comes Up Short

King lost against Jones back in September of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Brahmas fell 2-0 to the Trojans. The Brahmas just can't catch a break and have now endured three defeats in a row.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-11, 25-18.

King now has a losing record of 2-3. As for Jones, they pushed their record up to 12-2 with the win, which was their sixth straight at home.

Coming up, King is taking a road trip to take on Falfurrias at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Jones, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 2-0 victory against Nixon-Smiley on the 21st.
