Basketball Game Preview: Graham G-Men vs. Virginia High Bearcats

Graham hasn't had much luck against Virginia High recently, but that could start to change on Friday. The Graham G-Men will head out to challenge the Virginia High Bearcats at 6:30 p.m. Graham will be looking to extend their current four-game winning streak.

Graham will bounce into Friday's matchup after beating Marion, who they had gone 2-7 against in their nine prior meetings. Graham strolled past Marion with points to spare on Wednesday, taking the game 53-39.

Meanwhile, Virginia High beat Lebanon 41-28 on Wednesday. The Bearcats haven't had any issues with the Pioneers recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive victory against them.

Graham's win was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 14-4. The wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 26.3 points over those games. As for Virginia High, their victory bumped their record up to 10-13.

Graham strolled past Virginia High in their previous matchup back in January by a score of 49-35. The rematch might be a little tougher for Graham since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
