Valley View took down Montrose on Tuesday, a win that might not have happened without Layla Marino's standout performance. Marino wasn't messing around, getting 15 digs, 13 kills, and six aces. The matchup was her seventh straight with five or more aces.

Marino and Valley View will head out on the road to square off against Berwick at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. The contest will pit Marino up against the Bulldogs' star outside hitter Angie Colone.
