Chase Pollock put up the most strikeouts he's had since back in March on Friday. As a matter of fact, he produced his best game of the campaign: he struck out nine batters over six innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit (and only one walk). He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than one hit in three consecutive appearances.
