Volleyball Recap: Saugatuck Comes Up Short

Saugatuck was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their eighth straight defeat dating back to last season. They fell 2-0 to the Berrien Springs Shamrocks. The Trailblazers were not able to make up for their loss to the Shamrocks from their previous meeting back in August of 2024.

Saugatuck's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Berrien Springs, they now have a winning record of 3-2-1.

Saugatuck has already played their next match, a 1-0 win against Our Lady of the Lake Catholic on the 23rd. As for Berrien Springs, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 2-0 loss against Hopkins on the 23rd.
