            The Kerman Lions will be taking part in a tournament against the Justin Garza Guardians  at 3:00  p.m.  on Tuesday. Kerman's pitching crew has only allowed 1.8  runs per game  this season, so Justin Garza's hitters will have their work cut out for them.
Kerman saw some tournament action  on Friday. They walked away with  a   6-1  win over Liberty.
 Kerman let  Steven Luna and  Jaeden Roberts run wild. Luna  went 2-for-4 with one  triple, one  stolen base,  and two  RBI, while  Roberts  scored two  runs and  stole  Two bases. while going 1-for-3. That's the most  hits  Luna has posted since back in April of 2024.  Giovanni Gastelum also deserves some recognition as  he  scored his first  run of the season.
 Meanwhile, Justin Garza was not able to break out of their rough patch  on Friday as the team picked up their sixth straight  loss  dating back to last season. They lost  10-0 to Stockdale.
 Kerman's victory bumped their record up to 3-0-1. As for Justin Garza, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-4.
 Justin Garza's hitters will have their work cut out for them  on Tuesday. Kerman has been retiring batters left and right this season,  having  averaged 8.2  strikeouts per game.
