The activity and suspense from the day has just about wrapped up and Ohio can lay claim to 115 recruits who signed National Letters of Intent. There are also 13 more who are still committed but have not signed. Ohio ranked fifth as a state for the most Division I football recruits.

Here are some fun facts from what went down on National Signing Day in Ohio:

- Ohio State signed seven in-state recruits including Miamisburg offensive lineman Josh Myers, Olentangy Liberty (Powell) athlete Brendon White, Colerain (Cincinnati) defensive back Amir Riep, Cleveland Heights wide receiver Jaylen Harris, Winton Woods (Cincinnati) defensive lineman Jerron Cage and Washington (Massillon) offensive lineman Thayer Munford.

- Michigan State also pulled seven recruits out of the Buckeye State including Archbishop Moeller (Cincinnati) tight end Matt Dotson, Copley running back Weston Bridges, Perry (Massillon) offensive lineman Matt Carrick, Westerville South defensive back Dominique Long, Fairfield defensive back Josiah Scott, Piqua linebacker Darien Tipps-Clemons and Clearview (Lorain) defensive end Deari Todd.

- Kentucky, the only Southeastern Conference school to sign an Ohio recruit, pulled six players out of the state in Archbishop Hoban (Akron) quarterback Danny Clark, Springfield (Holland) running back Bryant Koback, Harding (Warren) athlete Lynn Bowden, Maple Heights wide receiver Javontae Richardson, Madison Comprehensive (Mansfield) defensive back Tyrell Ajian and Mason defensive end Alex King.

- Iowa was the only Big Ten school not to sign at least one Ohio recruit.

- Seven Atlantic Coast Conference schools signed at least one Ohio recruit.
