Cameron Kerns put up the most strikeouts he's had since back in April on Monday. He struck out six batters over 4.1 innings while giving up just one earned (and one unearned) run off three hits. He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than one earned run in four consecutive appearances.
