Merit Preparatory Academy extended their winning streak to seven games thanks to a huge performance from Michigan Draper. The Merit Preparatory Academy Knights managed a 43-39 win over the Utah Military Academy - Hill Field Thunderbirds on Tuesday thanks in part to Draper, who posted 12 points in addition to seven steals and six assists. He has been hot for a while, having posted two or more steals the last 14 times he's played.

Miles Petersen was another key player, putting up four points and 14 rebounds. The dominant performance gave him a new career-high in boards.

Quinlan Ekberg and Ryan Wankier certainly did their best on Tuesday to avoid the loss. Ekberg dropped a double-double on 11 points and 27 rebounds, while Wankier dropped a double-double on 11 points and 13 boards.

Merit Preparatory Academy is on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last nine contests, which provided a nice bump to their 10-4 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 77.1 points per game. As for Utah Military Academy - Hill Field, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost four of their last five matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-9 record this season.
