Softball Recap: Creekview Mustangs vs. Lone Star Rangers

After flying high against Newman Smith last Tuesday, Creekview came back down to earth. The Creekview Mustangs' rough 18-2 loss to the Lone Star Rangers on Thursday might stick with them for a while. The defeat unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for Creekview in their matchups with Lone Star: they've now lost four in a row.

Kaelani Rogers was cooking despite her team's loss, scoring a run while going 2-for-3. The team also got some help courtesy of Breanna Stepter, who went 2-for-2 with a triple.
