Volleyball Recap: Medfield Finds Playoff Glory Versus Arlington Catholic + How To Watch

With a playoff win on the line, Medfield rose to the challenge on Wednesday. Everything went their way against the Arlington Catholic Cougars as they made off with a 3-0 victory. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 back in September.

Medfield not only won, but also showed off some consistency: they kept Arlington Catholic between 13 and 16 points across their sets. The final score came out to 25-14, 25-13, 25-16.

Kendall Larkin paced Medfield's offense, picking up 14 kills. Larkin got some help from Ava Pender and her 32 assists. Larkin and Pender didn't slow down when it came to serving: they led the team with five apiece.

Medfield's win was their eighth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 18-4. As for Arlington Catholic, their loss dropped their record down to 16-6.

Medfield didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-1 victory against Pembroke on the 7th. Arlington Catholic does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
