Football Recap: Dunnellon Comes Up Short

It was a proper cat-fight when Dunnellon faced off against Forest on Tuesday. The Tigers fell 7-0 to the Wildcats. Despite 81 more yards than the Wildcats, the Tigers couldn't convert that extra yardage to scores.

Tony'Ah Boggs threw for 106 yards on ten of 22 attempts. Mia Burns was her top target, picking up 43 receiving yards.

Dunnellon's defeat dropped their record down to 6-3. As for Forest, the win (which was their sixth in a row) raised their record to 9-2.

Dunnellon does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Forest, they wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next game, a 33-0 loss against Belleview on the 2nd.
