Round Rock has gone 6-1 against Hutto recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Friday. The Round Rock Dragons will be home for the holidays to greet the Hutto Hippos at 7:00 p.m. Round Rock will be strutting in after a victory while Hutto will be coming in after a loss.

Round Rock is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. They claimed a resounding 70-30 win over Manor. The Dragons have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won seven games by 21 points or more this season.

Meanwhile, Hutto suffered their biggest defeat since February 20th on Friday. They came up short against Round Rock Westwood, falling 66-41. The Hippos haven't had much luck with the Warriors recently, as the team's come up short the last three times they've met.

Round Rock will need focus on slowing down Brian Caldwell, one of several Hutto players who made an impact when they last played. He went 5 for 7 on his way to 11 points and three steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Ronald Willis, who posted eight points and five rebounds.

Round Rock has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won ten of their last 11 matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 15-3 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 56.2 points per game. As for Hutto, their loss dropped their record down to 7-11.

Round Rock didn't have too much breathing room in their contest against Hutto when the teams last played back in December of 2022, but they still walked away with a 59-54 victory. Will Round Rock repeat their success, or does Hutto have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
