After losing to Fullerton the last time they met, Troy decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Troy Warriors sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 2-1 victory over the Fullerton Indians on Saturday. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Warriors.

Troy's win bumped their record up to 10-5. As for Fullerton, the defeat snapped their winning streak at three games and leaves them with a 7-4 record.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Troy will venture away from home to take on El Modena at 5:45 p.m. on Tuesday. This will be Troy's first chance to prove their worth in the conference. As for Fullerton, they will challenge Samueli Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The last three games Fullerton has played have been within one set, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.
