Baseball Recap: Cary Takes a Loss

Cary lost against Holly Springs last Wednesday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Imps fell 8-3 to the Golden Hawks.

Cary saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Andrew Mohler, who went 1-for-4 with one run and one double.

Cary's defeat dropped their record down to 6-16. As for Holly Springs, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight games. That's provided a massive bump to their 16-9 record this season.

Cary will venture away from home to take on Apex at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Holly Springs does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
