Basketball Recap: Muskego Comes Up Short

Muskego was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They were six points away from ending the streak, but they lost a 61-55 heartbreaker at the hands of the Oconomowoc Raccoons. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Warriors this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 52-40 back in December of 2024.

Muskego's loss dropped their record down to 6-12. As for Oconomowoc, the win snapped their losing streak at three games and leaves them with a 7-9 record.

While Muskego had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 8:30 p.m. on Friday.
