Wadsworth took care of business in their home opener (and then some) on Tuesday. They put the hurt on the Stow-Munroe Falls Bulldogs with a sharp 8-1 victory. The Grizzlies haven't had any issues with the Bulldogs recently, as the game was their eighth consecutive win against them.

Michael Cindia and Tommy Hohn did most of the damage at the plate: Cindia scored two runs while going 2-for-2, while Hohn went 2-for-3 with two RBI and one double. Ryan Stoops was another key player, scoring a run and stealing a base while going 1-for-3.

Stow-Munroe Falls' loss dropped their record down to 2-2.

Looking ahead, Wadsworth will head out on the road to square off against Archbishop Hoban at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Stow-Munroe Falls, they will face off against the Grizzlies at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
