Basketball Game Preview: South Bend Riley Wildcats vs. Hammond Bishop Noll Warriors

The South Bend Riley Wildcats and the Hammond Bishop Noll Warriors will face off at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday without much rest having both just played. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this game.

South Bend Riley is probably headed into the match with a chip on their shoulder considering Hammond Morton just ended the team's three-game winning streak on Friday. They had to suffer through a 72-29 loss at the hands of the Governors.

Meanwhile, Hammond Bishop Noll didn't have quite enough to beat Bowman Academy on Friday and fell 56-53.

South Bend Riley will need focus on slowing down Ecrin Mart, one of several Hammond Bishop Noll players who made an impact when they last played. She posted 19 points along with six assists and five boards. The team also got some help courtesy of Quinn Fehr, who had 17 points.

South Bend Riley's loss dropped their record down to 7-6. As for Hammond Bishop Noll, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-8.
