For the first time in his career, Carter Lambert scored a rushing touchdown on Saturday. He rushed for 47 yards and one TD as Somersworth fell to Campbell 26-22. Lambert's big game is all the more special as we consider it to be the best performance he's ever had.

Lambert and Somersworth will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Laconia at 7:00 p.m. on October 10.
