Winning always takes teamwork, but on Thursday Jonathan Ramos stepped things up a notch to give Rancho the 'W'. Ramos turned in nothing short of a gem, tossing two innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit. He has become a key player for Rancho: the team is undefeated when he allows at most three hits, but 11-16 otherwise.
