Softball Recap: Wylie Has No Trouble Against Legacy

Wylie won the last time they faced Legacy and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Bulldogs were the clear victors by a 23-1 margin over the Leopards. Considering the Bulldogs have won seven games by more than five runs this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

Wylie is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matches. That's provided a massive bump to their 12-10 record this season. The victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 13.3 runs over those games. As for Legacy, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-12.

Coincidentally, Wylie and Legacy will both be playing Abilene the next time they take the field. The Leopards will host the Eagles at 6:30 p.m. on Friday, while the Bulldogs will head out to face them at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
