Basketball Recap: North Putnam Turns Things Around After Road Loss

There's no place like home for North Putnam, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Saturday. They managed a 55-50 win over the Traders Point Christian Knights on Tuesday. The victory was some much needed relief for the Cougars as it spelled an end to their three-game losing streak.

Several Knights players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Kam Reese, who posted 15 points. Quentin Jones was another key player, putting up 15 points.

North Putnam's win bumped their record up to 2-13. As for Traders Point Christian, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 5-10.

North Putnam has already played their next matchup (against Owen Valley), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Traders Point Christian will be playing in front of their home fans against International at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
