Cody Hetrick posted a new career-high in strikeouts on Monday. He didn't allow a single earned run over 4.1 innings pitched. He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than two walks in four consecutive appearances.

Hetrick's strong effort led Ambridge over Central Valley and he'll get a chance to do so again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
