Volleyball Recap: Assabet Valley RVT Takes a Loss

Assabet Valley RVT was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They were a single set away from ending the streak, but they lost a 3-2 heartbreaker at the hands of the South Colonels.

Assabet Valley RVT's defeat dropped their record down to 1-5. As for South, they pushed their record up to 3-2 with the win, which was their third straight on the road.

Coming up, Assabet Valley RVT will face off against Southbridge at 4:45 p.m. on Monday. As for South, they will challenge Marlborough at 5:15 p.m. on Monday.
